Northern Film & Media and New Writing North joined forces to deliver a unique scheme aimed at linking regional poets, novelists and theatre writers with filmmakers. Writers were invited to submit an original poem which responded to the title of Sense of Place. From here filmmakers were invited to submit a 60 second film idea relating to one of the poems.
